To cancel the service, all you need to do is email the business before your billing date. ScentBox reviews your request and will get back to you soon. Please note that you can’t cancel the six-month and yearly options before the end of the subscription date. 

Refunds for monthly subscription items aren’t available. But you can get them on full-size items within 30 days towards your store credit. The items must be in the same condition you received them.

My First ScentBox!

My first ScentBox was everything I expected it to be. It came in a small, golden bubble mailer. When opened, I found their signature black ScentBox case that elegantly held my little perfume travel spritzer inside.

The spritzer was a pretty rose gold color and was also branded with their logo. The name of the fragrance was on the bottom. In my shipment, they also included a coupon for 15% off full-size bottles (the promo code is ‘THANKS15’), and an advertisement card for their two scents of the month.  

As for the fragrance, I chose one of the Scentbox premium fragrances Gucci Bloom, which I’ve been eyeing for a while. A full-size bottle of it costs $94. It’s a floral fragrance with key notes of Rangoon Creeper, Jasmine Bud, and Tuberose. While I liked this scent, I didn’t like it enough to purchase a full-size bottle. Otherwise, the scent is pretty strong and lasts throughout the day.

I’m glad I was able to try this perfume out and get the chance to decide if I want to use it long-term. Next month, I’ll be trying out a Juicy Couture fragrance that I think I’ll like better!
